General Information:

• A thoroughly completed Lee Mental Health (LMH) employment application is the only recognized method to apply for employment with LMH. 
• Résumés may be submitted as an attachment to a completed employment application, but not as a substitute. Applicants who only submit résumés will not be considered. (NOTE: Résumés must be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format.)
• All LMH employment applications are forwarded to Human Resources for processing.
• Please review the minimal qualifications listed on the job vacancy listing to ensure you qualify for each position you are interested in applying for.
