David E. Winters
Chief Executive Officer

David Winters brings more than 30 years of health care experience to Lee Mental Health.  He was named Chief Executive Officer in February, 2007, after serving as the agency’s Chief Financial Officer for six years.

Mr. Winters brings a unique, entrepreneurial approach to the Fort Myers-based non-profit agency as well as compassion and in-depth knowledge of the human services needs in the mental health arena.

Mr. Winters has an extensive background in health care management and administration, and has led many private sector and managed care ventures throughout his career.  Prior to working at Lee Mental Health, Mr. Winters was the Chief Financial Officer for TCN Behavioral Health Services in Xenia , Ohio .  He also held the position of vice president and chief financial officer for Med-Health System, Inc in Xenia , Ohio for ten years.

Mr. Winters holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University .

Susan Noble
Chief Financial Officer
Lee Mental Health Center, Inc.

Susan Noble brings 20 years of accounting experience to her position as Lee Mental Health’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Noble began her tenure in 1999 as the agency’s Controller.  She was promoted to CFO in February, 2007.

As the agency’s Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Noble is responsible for the financial practices of the agency, including

procedures, audits, contract financial feasibility and providing clinical staff with information to support financial management.  She oversees the Accounting, Information Services, Facilities and Food Services/Dietary Departments.

Ms Noble holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Nevada Reno .

Jennifer Spencer
Chief Operating Officer
Lee Mental Health Center, Inc.

Jennifer Spencer has been with Lee Mental Health for 15 years and has served the agency in a variety of ways. Most recently, she was the Assistant Vice President for Community Support Services, supervising all adult, children and family community-based and residential programs. On April 9, 2008, Ms. Spencer was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In her new role with the agency, she will continue to oversee all of the aforementioned programs in addition to the agency’s medical and acute care services.

Ms. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Dr. Marianne Krouk
Vice President & Chief Medical Officer
Lee Mental Health Center, Inc.

Throughout her more than 20 years of experience in the field of psychiatry, Dr. Krouk has held various positions. Most recently, Dr. Krouk was Chief Medical Officer at The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has also held positions of attending psychiatrist for a regional healthcare system, medical director of a chemical dependency and substance abuse program, director of an adolescent inpatient unit, and chief of child and adolescent services. Dr. Krouk has also served as a county psychiatric consultant and managed her own private psychiatry practice for five years.

Dr. Krouk is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association. She holds two certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and licenses in Pennsylvania and Florida.

Dr. Krouk is a graduate of Lake Forest College (IL), Skidmore College (NY) and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed both her residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at The Medical College of Pennsylvania - Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute.

Nedjé Zamor
Vice President of Human Resources
Lee Mental Health Center, Inc.

Nedjé Zamor brings 15 years of experience in the human services field to Lee Mental Health. Ms. Zamor joined the agency in 1999 as the Administrative Manager in a children’s program. She was promoted to the position of Support Services Director in July, 2001 and later to Human Resources Director in September, 2002. Ms. Zamor was most recently named Vice President of Human Resources in March, 2007.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Zamor is responsible for the recruitment, retention and recognition/reward activities for the agency. This includes compensation and benefits administration; employee orientation, development and training; performance management and improvement systems; and compliance with Federal, State and local labor regulations. Ms. Zamor works closely with the leadership team to ensure Lee Mental Health remains an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace staffed by a qualified, competent and culturally diverse workforce.

Ms. Zamor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Michael McNally
Vice President of Community Relations
Lee Mental Health Center, Inc.

Michael McNally brings a diverse background in the human services field to Lee Mental Health. Prior to first joining the agency in 1993 he was the Coordinator of Consumer Affairs for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program Office for District Eight. He has served at the agency as the Center Advocate, Team Leader for the Supported Housing Outreach Program, and Adult Resource Coordinator. Mr. McNally left the agency for a period of time and returned as the Director of Advocacy Services in 2002, and was promoted in March of 2007 to the position of Vice President of Community Relations.

As Vice President of Community Relations, he oversees Advocacy Services and the Public Relations and Development Office. He works closely with the leadership team and is responsible for ensuring that concerns regarding services are resolved in a timely manner. Mr. McNally is also responsible for maintaining relationships with community partners, and for directing the activities of the Public Relations and Development Offices. He is also a facilitator for Crisis Intervention Team Training for Lee County law enforcement officers.

Mr. McNally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Education from Niagara University.
