Lee Mental Health Center, Inc. has been your community behavioral health care provider since 1969.  The Center is a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We provide a broad array of services, which can be reviewed by clicking here.

Today, we provide services in numerous locations in Lee County. In addition, outreach or transition services are offered throughout the County including United Way Houses in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral. We also provide prevention and outreach services in elementary schools and middle schools, and one K-12 school for special needs students.

Release of Information Form for Consumer

Completed authorization forms may be mailed or faxed. There are fees for copying records. First 25 copies ($1.00 per page), 25 cents for each page thereafter. This is the cost of producing copies as per Florida law.
